Coming up with the project idea indicates that the engineer is trying to achieve some vital projects for the Center of Information Systems, even though the project is not completed. This will be recorded as a bonus for the engineer and then, will be useful for the engineer’s evaluation. Furthermore, the credit for just giving a suggestion without completing the project, is less than the earned credit for a suggestion that has been turned into a completed project.
